North Africa: Tunisia Wins UNAF U-19 Tournament

Tunisia claimed the North African Union (UNAF) U-19 tournament after beating Mauritania 5-4 on penalties in the final game, after the match had ended in a 1-1 draw.

Geziri opened the scoring for Tunisia before Niaf equalized for Mauritania to send the game to penalties which eventually gave the title to the Tunisians.

Tunisia has previously beaten Morocco 2-1 to go top of the table. The North African Union (UNAF) organized this tournament to prepare the region's national teams for the Orange CAF 2013 Youth Championship.

The tournament featured the U-19 national teams of Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Mauritania.
